We’re celebrating World Chocolate Day 2020 with a delicious, melty chocolate fondant! Sometimes called Lava Cakes or Molten Chocolate Cakes, these soft-centred desserts are rich with an intense chocolate flavour.
Welcome back everyone! We’ve all been cooped up for a while now with things only just starting to return to normal. It’s been a rollercoaster ride and I think we’ve all earned ourselves a nice treat! So, enter stage left our vegan honeycomb treats! Read on to discover how you can make this delicious sweet treat that will melt in your mouth!
Hello everyone! I’m back with something a little bit different today. Our Springer Spaniel, Bertie, has just turned 12 and to celebrate, we’re making dog biscuits! Today’s homemade banana-based biscuits are super easy to make and will no doubt be demolished by any special doggos in your life too!
Hello bakers! I’m back with another delicious, vegan and nut-free dessert! Today’s Bakewell-style tart has been borne out of my mum’s nut allergy, so I won’t be using any almonds. I will, however, be capturing everything that makes any Bakewell tart amazingly moreish, but with a vegan and nut-free twist!
Hi everyone! I thought I’d kickstart this week (and your mornings!) with a versatile and flavoursome granola recipe! Today’s recipe is really fun to make and entirely customisable. Read on to see my take on this tasty breakfast granola and how it’s made!
Welcome back bakers and happy National Biscuit Day 2020 (plus our 40th recipe since lockdown)! There are thousands of biscuits out there – if not more – but I thought today we could go back to basics and bake a classic (but vegan!) Jammy Dodgers!
Hello Bakers! I hope you’re ready to fill your kitchen with an intense fresh bread aroma! Today, we’ll be making an amazing ‘standard’ shop-style loaf that’s actually far from standard! Our super soft bread is not only 100% plant-based but it also has that trademark artisanal soft, springy, and pillowy inside that’s just so moreish!
Well hello there! I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s super simple coleslaw recipe. I’m back with another quick and easy, semi no-cook recipe! Today’s deliciously smoky Baba Ganoush is so quick to put together, and even quicker to eat!
Hey guys! The weather is just starting to warm up and so we’re making a recipe to cool down! This easy vegan coleslaw is so tasty and moreish and an absolute doddle to make. It’s just thinly shredded cabbages with some grated carrot and a vegan dressing. While I don’t want to cause as much controversy as David Beckham with his coleslaw on bangers & mash, I do have to say that I could probably eat coleslaw on almost anything! So, if you’re looking for a delicious coleslaw that can be made quickly, then here you go!
