I’m back with another fresh and *vegan* pasta recipe! Today I’ll be outlining how I make this soft and light spinach tagliatelle. As with all of my recipes, I hope I’m able to take away the scare factor and break down each stage of pasta-making so you can see how simple and fun it really is! This pasta recipe only contains three ingredients – spinach, water and semolina (or plain flour).

Vegan Chocolate Babka
Hello everyone! I’m back with another recipe as voted for by you! The option for a Vegan Chocolate Babka had the edge over a Cinnamon Babka. While I’m a big fan of both flavours, there is something particularly special about cutting into the melty soft chocolate babka! As always, you can see a step-by-step video guide for this recipe over on our Instagram stories. I’ve split this recipe into two-parts as we want to give our dough a rest in the fridge before we shape fill and bake our babka.
Vegan Red Pepper Pesto
We’re back with another versatile recipe to add to your cache of multi-purpose creations! Today we’ll be making a zesty roasted red pepper pesto! I love to use this pesto stirred into spaghetti, swirled into some hot soup (Soupologie soup, natch), or dolloped generously on a thick and floury ciabatta topped with vegan cheese to create the perfect panini.
Vegan Tacos
Welcome back everyone! Last weekend we hit a Soupologie milestone and reached over 5,000 followers on our Instagram! As a small family business, we can’t thank you all enough for supporting us and helping us to grow. Today is our first recipe since we hit 5,000 followers and I’d like to cook up some celebratory and lightly spiced tacos for Taco Tuesday! In fact, these tacos are so delicious, you might find yourself eating them other days of the week too!
Kids’ Vegan Chocolate Concrete
I’ve flicked through many cookbooks of all types of cuisines, scrolled through page after page of desserts on Instagram, and watched countless cooking shows! But I hadn’t heard of today’s recipe until earlier this week! A follower of ours mentioned that they used to have this crumbly and chocolatey treat at school. As I had never heard of it, I immediately jumped online to see what I was missing out on!
Kids’ Vegan Creamy and Herby Pie
Hey Soupologistas! If you haven’t already, I highly recommend you treat yourself to the first recipe in our kids’ school meal week with Cornflake (Sunshine) Tart! Today, I thought we would stick with the pastry theme but go down a more savoury route. So, let’s journey back to childhood with this creamy and herby pie (100% vegan!).
Kids’ Cornflake (Sunshine) Tart!
I hope you’ve got a sweet tooth! We’re kicking off kids’ school meals week with a sugary, syrupy golden delight! My school used to call this Sunshine Tart and you can certainly see the appeal. I know some of us might not have the best memories when it comes to school dinners. But, I promise, after this week, you’ll be floating on a cloud of nostalgia!
Roasted Garlic Soup
It’s that time of year again: Spring sunshine and showers mixed with stunning rainbows arching across the heavens. So I thought I’d cook up and share with you all my new delicious, healthy, vegan, and gluten-free soup that’s packed full of goodness! Today’s Roasted Garlic Soup is beautifully fragrant and light. Perfect, in fact, for a spring day.
Coffee & Chocolate Shortbread
In celebration of National Coffee week, I’d like to share my Coffee and Chocolate shortbread recipe with you. It just goes so well with a deliciously smooth cup of coffee too! This wonderfully shortbread crumbly texture can’t be replicated in any shop bought variety that I’ve ever tried either. I say this recipe is in celebration of National Coffee week but the reality is that my family eat this all year round, we really don’t need any excuses.
